May 10, 2024 - Version 106-115 - Journey feature fully live
A complete new feature! You can now take team journeys. You set your rhythm and your topic. And you get every week (or couple of weeks) a great exercise in your mailbox. With journeys you can ensure yourself of improving on your chosen topic. It’s like going to the gym, but then with your team on a team building topic. (please note -the feature is now live, but the journeys will be added step by step over the next months). If you like a specific journey please do reach out for you and we prioritize it.
And some smaller changes: simplified our billing page, faster new company onboarding (also on mobile) and team page UI improvement
March 12, 2024 - Version 97-105 - Single-Sign-On upgrade
For companies that use Single-Sign-On for their members there now is a full new login that performs more stable and faster!
We have released more intro videos: a guided tour and the explainer of the Teambooster report.
For coaches with multiple accounts, we made it easier to switch between companies.
Bug fixes and maintenance: some users were not able to login, data structure clean-up to keep the core user and profile data type light.
February 23, 2024 - Version 88- 96 - New intro video
Our new members get at first login our new intro video. It clearly explains the 5 teambooster step. For our existing users: check the help center and watch the new video!
Page load improvements! We have made changes under the hood. Pages should again load faster, and we made small improvements to the Statistics page making it easier to rank. We also solved that some reminders were sent multiple times.
February 9, 2024 - Version 70- 87 - New statistics, introducing Tool types and speed improvements
New user and team statistics are live! For our Company Admin users, we have new insights into how your users and teams make use of Teambooster. A new activity metric for both users and teams allows you to easily identify your most active users and teams (and of course your least active users and teams as well). Additionally, for each user and team, you can immediately see a lot more statistics. From when they did their last Teamradar, when the next one is scheduled, how many members a team has, how they use the team page etc. Everything is in one dashboard so you have a good overview.
Speed improvements. Due to our increasing member base, we unfortunately have had speed issues. But we have come back stronger, with a redesigned page load all our users have a much faster interface and we are ready to scale further.
In the Toolbox, we have introduced “Tool types”. You can now easily filter all the tools on the type of tool you like: short exercises, long exercises, habits, and workshops.
Additionally, we have done a lot of small bug fixing, we are getting ready to replace our SSO login option, and have cleaned up our interface by removing the background picture.
January 9, 2024 - Version 58-69 - new design for Team and report page, easier access to your personalized tool recommendations
There is a new design for the Team page. Making it easier to view your last Teamradar, and act on your outcomes with personalized tool recommendations. You find these tool recommendations on the overview at the top of both the Team page as well as your Teamradar report page.
We have restructured our data, especially how we make user data accessible, reducing the complexity, especially around users with profiles in different companies. This will help coaches, and make member management easier for larger organizations.
We have improved reporting and notifications, so we can act faster on potential issues. We also cleaned up our backend processes, solving some bugs simultaneously around log-in, report views, and new account activation.

November 28, 2023 - Version 50-57 - performance improvements, solving login and report bugs, responsiveness
We have done significant performance improvements, overall Teambooster runs now a lot faster on all pages
We have solved a couple of persistent bugs that some users experience with logins, as well as an edge case where the report didn’t become available for teams.
Also, the responsiveness improved in the new user onboarding steps and on the home page (Teambooster is not yet mobile responsive, but we are working towards that step-by-step)
November 2, 2023 - Version 41-49 - new support, free trial
We launched a new support interface. So you have easier access to the support videos on each page, and you can send direct messages to our support. You find it under the button on the bottom right of your screen.
If you have multiple profiles: we just made it easier to switch profiles between companies so you have easy access to all your companies using Teambooster. This feature is especially useful for coaches.
The onboarding of a new company and your first team now goes even faster. Fewer steps, immediate access to your team environment.
We improved performance for starting a new team and the overview of all teams. It’s now also possible to archive a team and re-activate it again. Also, the UI on mobile has been improved.
October 16, 2023 - Version 33-40 - new onboarding, new home page, new chat
The onboarding steps have been simplified. Now it is only 1 screen to provide your input and you get to the home screen ready to go
The home screen has been redesigned. Clearer tiles, better actions at your fingertips. Like immediately move to tools on your favorite topics.
We have upgraded our chat, from a standard intercom to a dedicated Teambooster chat. We will now respond by email, and you can immediately access support videos for a page.
Also the onboarding videos will show through this new interface, and we will guide you more on how Teambooster works with short messages.
Lot’s of smaller bug fixes and performance improvements. Like the location of survey reminders on the manage survey popup, re-open survey button shows more accurately, an unneeded footer does not show anymore, and when a name is not yet available a user will show up by his/her email.
September 28, 2023 - Version 31-32 - survey UI and team page management
Improved UI for submitting a survey
Survey open answer can be submitted in rich text, and also show on the report page now as rich text
On the team page the settings popup has been cleaned up
Company admin and teambooster promoter users have now much more flexibility in managing surveys. Like adding members to open surveys, re-opening an already closed survey..
Deactivated members and archived teams no longer receive emails. And when members are deactivated they are automatically removed from the teams they were part of

August 18, 2023 - Version 22-24 - How we work interface simplified
The Team page has a new interface which makes it a lot easier to add “how we work” items
It also includes the option to notify your team of a change. They will conveniently get an email that shows them the change you made
Small fixes to the onboarding video, Toolbox filters, and tool pages.
August 18, 2023 - Version 20-21 - Company Teamradar
For admins there is a new page: The Company Teamradar. in one overview you see all the answers to the Teamradar of the last 6 months helping you to identify company level themes for supporting team development.

On the statistics page there are now more statistics which allow you to rank the teams and members in your company. Like the last survey start date, or next retro date, how many tools are bookmarked or how many how we work items a team has on their team page among others.

August 8, 2023 - Version 18 - Open answers provided in the report have a better UI
On the report page, the open answers have a new UI. It shows now clearly the separate answers of the team members. And when a team has chosen to make who gave which answer visible you now see initials or profile picture with each answer.
Additionally, the language on the report page is made more consistent.
August 3, 2023 - Version 17 - Improved management of team settings and open surveys
The team lead is now called “Teambooster promoter”. And the member(s) on each team that have this role have the ability to manage an open survey. The Teambooster promoter also receives a status email when a survey reminder is send to make it easier to track survey progress
The starting a new survey popup has a better visualization and more explanation how it works
The manage open survey popup now allows any Teambooster promoter to add/remove members to an open survey
August 3, 2023 - Version 16 - New Help center with all explanation videos in 1 place
The FAQ page is renamed to Help center and now includes all explanation videos that users see on pages when they onboard. So now all videos are also available as a collection on 1 dedicated page
The onboarding videos can now also be viewed in multiple languages (english is already available, we will start adding dutch videos soon)
The menu is simplified, and a small visual bug in the menu is solved

The UI of adding a new tool has been simplified a lot. You can now edit it step by step. and the different items of a tool description appear in a logical order
We removed an unneeded click in submitting your survey results
On the Teams page you can now search (by applying a filter) on improvement areas and find all the teams with that improvement topic.
We made language across the app consistent in talking about Key strengths and Improvement areas
On the top header there now is a button “Back to my home screen” to simplify navigation

July 7, 2023 - Version 7 - members page
On the members page we introduce new tabs. You can now filter on deactivated members, administrators, and not yet active members
We also improved the search results when you search for the name of one of your members
We also now prevent that a member is added in a company that already has a registered email. This prevents adding a colleague double
We have simplified the view for regular members, and administrators can see the additional tabs.

To make onboarding new users more insightful we have created a couple of english videos. A new user now for example sees a welcome video, a guided tour, and a video on how to start a new team (we will push a further update in the coming weeks: add more videos in both dutch and english).
On the Team page we have made the view of the key strengths and developments follow the same structure as the how we work board. And also solved a bug that showed items from open surveys.
In the menu we have updated the log-out button. Now with a logout, you get to a dedicated logout page with a team tip
On the Toolbox page we have solved a small visual error with an unneeded scroll bar

March 2, 2023 - Version 1 - single sign on is live!
Added SAML 2.0 based Single Sign On - you can activate it for your company on the billing & admin page under “edit company profile”
